J J's Bristol Airport Parking

I used them several times and have never been disappointed. The transfers are always very prompt, take under 10 min to / from the airport and the price is unbeatable. The car is not parked on site (the car clogged about 5 miles during my last trip away) hence not the full number of stars. However the promptness of the transfers is important for me and I shall use them again and again.

When we arrived to leave the car he just took the keys without giving any explanation and went into their own car to leave. I had to go ask what I should do to get it back and, only then, they gave me the card with the phone number of the pick up car.

When we came back we called them and they seemed surprised about it. They told us they would be there in 5 minutes. 20 minutes after we had to call again and they told us once again that it would take 5 minutes. Finally, they showed up 20 minutes after the 2nd call.

When we arrived they gave us the key and automatically left. The car was dirty with mud in the door frame and inside and the passenger seat was bended ¿What do they need the back seats for?

Wouldn't use it again.

Used JJ's over the weekend and have to say, the previous poor reviews weren't reflective of my experience.
Its a bit daunting when you rock up outside a hot tub sales place at 4:45am thinking "what have I got myself into here", but, its close to the airport and takes less then 10 mins to be transported to.
They answered the phone when I called no problem, took us straight to the airport. When I arrived back, driver was already on his way to pick us up.
Service was actually really good, they seemed like friendly guys.

Someone mentioned high mileage being put on their car. I counted 6 miles in total, so their car park probably isn't close by. That was probably the only downside to my experience with them.

I'd use them again no question.

BEWARE!!!! THIS COMPANY IS RUN BY ILLEGAL COWBOYS. We recently used their services and left our car (which we had just purchased) with them. When we returned, the car had clocked up 8 miles, was covered in mud (an employee told me it had been parked in a field - but a secured one!!!) AND THE CAR WAS BUMPED AND SCRATCHED at the front. We pointed the damage out to an employee, who was extremely rude to my partner. I have a video and Go-Pro recording of him insulting my partner. The company would claim no liability for the damage, so we will now have to take legal action. and we are going to approach The Ferret and Watch Dog, so that they can be investigated. They are cheap for a reason. DON'T TOUCH THEM AS YOUR CAR WILL NOT BE SECURE.

Absolutely diabolical picked car up absolutely filthy in side and out ! On complaining the curt reply was it's been parked under a tree love ! My car actually looked liked it had been ragged round a field ! Just cost £25 to have it valeted so in my opinion don't waste your money here ! It will cost you more in the long run lesson learned! I was not the only person complaining on returning to their vehicle either the so called boss needs to attend a customer services forum !!!!! Only take cash too I wonder ???

DON'T USE THIS CAR PARK.

We got back to our car to it being unlocked, music blaring loud when we turned the car on and the mileage had gone up quite a considerable amount. After complaining to a member of the staff about this I was rudely spoken to, sworn at and was told to leave the car park. Worst place and won't be using them again.

Horrible service!
Booked this as this was the cheapest option on a compare site but didnt expect to be lied to and swore at constantly, had to leave keys as they obv park it quite a distance away out, driving on public roads to get there not sure about the legality of this , on landing i phoned as i was getting case and told her this she then shouted and swore at my girlfriend on the phone asking where we were , then told me i told her tht i didnt have a bag and i was outside?! Then lied saying shed waited 20 min when it was about ten, they charged us extra for this and told me in an intimadating manor that if i didnt pay "id have to speak to the big boss man" then they made us wait 20 min while they retreaved our car from god knows where and we had a scrape on our back light which wasnt there before!

We’ve never had a problem and have used them 4 times. Friendly drivers who get you there and back quite quickly. We’ve had a 4am flight before and they’ve come within 10 minutes of us phoning
