Great walk.. lovely views and free car park

Great views over Cheltenham and beyond but steep trails

A sharp left off Hartley Lane onto a gravel road didn't notice any signage, there are hight restrictions of 2.2mtr so be aware if you have a van, this car park is large and free

Narrow access road, big potholes, and quite a steep start to access the hill. Perfectly ok if you are in good shape, but there are better alternatives if you need a more comfortable experience. Note that dog walkers are not always responsible, so you should be careful where you walk.

Plenty of space and easy access to cotswold way.

Conveniently located to access Leckhampton Hill and its spectacular views, the Devils Chimney and ancient Hill Fort. All without too much of a steep climb. With one of my dogs effectively being an octogenarian this last point is greatly appreciated. The entrance is a bit rutted but there's usually plenty of space on all but the busiest of days.

Reasonable parking space and it leads to good walking area.

You start your trekking journey from here. When you see how beautiful the car park looks, you wonder what to expect when you explore further on foot. If only all car parks were so scenic
