Not the most modern car park but it is sufficient. Limited undercover. Can get busy with commuters leaving their vehicles all day.

Spaces too tight (where the markings are visible), regularly takes 15minutes to get out of the car park in the evening due to chaotic taxi rank or busses. Part of carpark now being developed for something, reducing number of spaces.

Although extremely expensive parking, up to 1 Aug 2017 it used the excellent Ringgo cashless payment - pay in seconds from an app, view status and extend parking. Now replaced with dash which seems far worse from a customer's pov.
Congested & poorly planned access to car park means leaving can be very slow at peak times (anything up to 1900) due to sharing with pick-up/set down, taxis and buses.
Top-tip: don't park under lamp posts - there are many seagulls!
Overall extremely expensive and (now) inconvenient. But you do get free seagull poo!

Its a car park, next to the station. Prices are... not cheap... even when travelling at a weekend (in my opinion). The new NCP ticket system allows you to pay at the machine near the station without the need to stick a ticket in the window of your car (or pay via the app / online etc.)
Its a large car park and I have never had a problem parking, although sometimes have ended up in a tiny space on the far side!

As car parks go this has a smooth surface- mainly black tarmac. It has many white lines painted on it to guide the prospective parker to an appropriate place to park. There are numerous places to park at varying distance from the station. Anything after 6.00 in the morning will necessitate a 5 minute walk since the London bound suited workers will have taken up the nearby spaces. Payment is achieved via a machine on the outside of the station, which takes cash or card. This is linked to an automatic number plate recognition camera which records incoming cars to facilitate payment of parking fees. I cannot recall a time where there was not a parking space, but be prepared for a walk when the car park is nearing capacity.
