Uses the RingGo app. Car park is well sign posted and you can clearly see payment instructions. However, no coin, cash or card payment options reduces my rating

The Car park it self it fine and very close to Sainsbury's and the Spa Steam railway. Though signage could be a little better to direct you to the car park. There is no coin or card payment machines at all in the car park
However on my visit trying to pay by telephone via the number stated on the boards around the car park was a difficult affair ! Trying to input my car details just got stuck in a loop and the system did not process my card details either. Just as I got to the point of entering the card PIN the phone system took me back to registering my car. There is no human voice available at all and trying to contact the local council department administrating the car park the operator puts you through to an automated system ! ! I also down loaded the RingGo App to check the process of my telephone payment and unfortunately my signal was not good. Later in the day I did down load in a WiFi zone and filled in the details. Upon arrival back at the car park I had a ticket for penalty charge. Like most car parks as long as you pay before you leave you are fine, however not with one. Even after paying the £4.70 fee before I left the car park and appealing the penalty. My appeal was rejected and what makes the situation worse is the authority will not refund the £4.70 even though I have paid the penalty charge ! Once again you can not talk to any human regarding this service. # Tunbridge Wells will not be getting my family to return to this town to spend money ever again !

Good car park easy access to the Spa Valley Railway.
