NCP Car Park London Marble Arch

Poor service. Ticket payment machine non operational. Handheld payment terminal out of ink, couldn't print a payment voucher. Barriers operated manually both on entry and exit. I'm checking with NCP if car park is active. No official car park rate publication just hand written, this car park is a suspect red flag use with caution.

Confirmed by NCP that car park was closed since 28th September, payment was taken from me on 30th September. Fraud suspected.

Shopping in London today, parked car at NCP car park Marble Arche.
We parked from 15:00 to 19:15, on my return found pay machine out of order and no security. Waited 20 min for security to turn up, payed by mobile device and no receipt given due to no ink.
To finish it off found rear screen smashed😡😠😡😤. Avoid this car park as there are druggies out breaking into cars for qick cash.
Also CCTV doesn’t work!.

AVOID!! This is a massively insecure car park. There’s no security on most of the exit doors(which can be opened from the outside), that exit in to some dodgy looking backstreets.

My car had the rear windscreen smashed and a case taken!!!

I would say the NCP chap was very helpful.. but doesn’t alter the lack of security...

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR HERE! I had my 3 Windows smashed in, they stole £2000 worth out of my car. From my wedding shoes to my son's school bag. NCP still charged me after the security wasn't around to keep my car under watch. There is NO CCTV under the first floor. The CCTV is directly in front of the security office but the camera had tissue over it so it was covered. I wish I could show you the damage of my car it cause around 4 - 5 Grande worth of damage and loss. This happened on the 15th/16th September 2018. Also there was a bother vehicle smashed in from the back and robbed. The car park leave a note and that is it. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THIS CARPARK IT IS DANGEROUS!

Overpriced - as with all central London parking. Having already paid £28 for 3 hours I then found that upon exiting, the machine requested further ~£9 to raise the barrier. Of course this was eventually resolved by calling for assistance over the intercom. I wonder if I could charge them for the additional 10 minutes it took to for them release me from the car park

My husband parked his car there tonight and we saw a car that had been possibly broken into. The rear windshield had been smashed and an open suitcase had been left under the vehicle. We went to report it to the security desk but no one was there. We tried again upon our return and still no one was there. I’d be weary of parking there in the future.

The worst car park I have ever witnessed. The service was fine to start with, however when we returned the next morning we found that are car had been broken into and all of our cases were scattered on the floor below, the management did nothing , do not park there as there are druggys looking for cash to buy drugs

Car broken into, staff said no cameras were working. What the point in paying for parking if they don't even keep your stuff safe. I was pointed to a small sign explaining I was liable.
