Leyton Flats Car Park

The corporation have closed the car park no where to park park warden havint a go at people parking the rd car near the closed gate (yet it's ok for the parks constable to park his car and walk of for a tea ) as usual 1 rule for him

Have to pay for car park 🌳 £60 fine if you forget to pay!

This car park is in a real mess. How the city have the cheek to charge is beyond me!
