This car park often has spaces when the others don't

It is however badly designed and the ramps to exit with tall concrete sidings making it very difficult for today's cars.

Most times I go the pay machines have been broken

Avoid if you can, the ramps and layout are horrifically tight, the walls are caked with paint from previous cars. If you have a medium or large car- it just isn't worth attempting.

Terrible layout - turnings very tight. Just got a £100 fine despite buying a ticket. Ticket machines often broken and 'convenience charge' for paying with their app. Avoid at all costs.

Very tight turnings. ALSO JUST GOT SENT A PENALTY NOTICE FOR NOT BUYING A PARKING TICKET WHICH I DID. I'VE PROVIDED PROOF BUT ITS NOT BEEN ACCEPTED SO THAT'S £100 DOWN THE PAN.

Absolutely disappointing! Paid my parking fees but ended up getting a penalty notice for £ 100 as was told that payment was not done on arrival!!

Can i give this car park zero stars please? Now the ticket machine has been deadly slow for a year at least. A year!! Deadly slow... so this morning i timed it to get some hard facts. Screenshot attached. Now its not a busy station at the moment but i would hate to think about how slow it would be if there was more than 1 person waiting to buy a ticket! It's not like you might have a train to catch after all! So i timed the process with the machine and it took an incredible 6 minutes and 45 seconds to give me a ticket! For the rest of the time the machine displayed a whirling circle. Bear in mind this has been like this for a year!! And the staff know!!

They have reportedly reported the fault upstream and its like talking to a brick wall.. know the feeling! Why don't you do something yourself and take action!

So a zero star please for making me wait nearly 7 minutes for a ticket. Imagine 3 people wanting to pay at the same time. That would take at least 21 mins assuming and this is a big if.. that everyone knew how to work the machine! Nightmare. Who ever owns this ridiculous machine needs to be sacked immediately, Without any delay.

The rest of the carpark is standard issue too small spaces, too tight corners with a piss burned concrete finish.

Heaven help you if you decide to park here. For those that do get a £100 fine in the post always remember you should have taken a photo of the ticket to have evidence because believe me the cretinous company that own the machine are inept, lazy and without any credit what so ever at the bank of humanity. Maybe you forgot because you were bursting for the toilet (non here) and the machine unexpectedly added 20 minutes to the journey time
