Short stay (up to 5 hours) car park. 68 bays, inc. 4 Blue Badge. Motorcycle parking & covered cycle area.
Very reasonable rates, considering location.

I found this car park to be very handy & ideally situated when I needed to attend a hearing with my nephew at the South East Suffolk Magistrates Court, directly opposite. This may have changed but, at the time (December 2017) payment had to be made after the stay & card or cash payment was accepted.

Handy for Civic drive and this side of town. Normally has spaces free, £2 after 14:00 for the rest of the day.

Easy to get to, plenty of spaces that day for a small car park and accessible disabled space which I used for free using my blue badge

Cheap council run car park, with a Swarco EV charge point -- to note EV point has only two bays which seems to prove difficult for most EV users to park correctly, often one car in the middle of the two spaces etc. If this is the case when I arrive I take great pleasure in turning your charge off, so park proper eh! ⚡

Great for charging your car, 60Kw charging so actually quite fast.

Good level parking. Very handy for the Corn Exchange.

Convenient, tidy and a decent price. £1.30 for an hour which was fine for me as I needed that end of town and with a toddler parking closer was so much nicer!
