I'm advising everyone to avoid the Brewery car park until after Friday, the ground level anyway. It was horrendous there today. This was all due to road works on the main road outside (A125) - vehicles couldn't turn left at the exit. I spoke to car park people on the machine inside but all they said was that it wasn't their problem. Well they could have had someone at the entrance to the car park telling drivers to park on level 1,2,3+ rather than ground level, as the exit to these levels is on a different road. Also, another solution would be to liaise with the authorities, to ask them to put the traffic lights on green for a little longer at the exit. But of course (in this day and age of fantastic communication, not!) that's a bit too much to expect.

I went to Romford to meet 2 of my friends - the parking came to £12 which is extortion if you ask me but I was happy to pay. Once I paid for my ticket, I put it in my pocket but the gail force wind blew it and everything from under my pram everywhere.. I walked to many different machines alone with A baby (none were working) and was forced to pay another £12 even though I could prove I had already paid. I was so stressed as my baby was Only 3 weeks old and was given no support whatsoever! After paying a total of £24, it took me over an hour to get out of the car park. This experience left me in tears and I will never return which is a shame because I visit Romford regularly 😢

Parking is always busy and if you loose your ticket it’s £12 which is extortionate. If the machine is out of order so you cannot pay they send you looking on all floors for other ticket machines even know it was only 20p due as you get 2 hours free for parking in sainsburys. I found the people on the intercom extremely unhelpful and rude.

Can get busy, always find a space though. Fee is reasonable but for a quick pop in to maybe one or two shop is a bit expensive!

Best place to park if youre shopping in brewery, liberty city or mercury shopping centre. Very cheap compared to others and its free on sundays. Maximum charge for a day will be just £10. and if you are shopping in sainsbury , they will make it free for you.
