Perfect spot to begin a fabulous dog walk up to Cissbury Ring & enjoy the fresh air and wonderful views.

Perfect free car park for visiting cissbury ring. Downside is the McDonald's litter strewn across the car park from the buck barn drive thru. Maybe McDonald's could take more of an active interest in local environment and maybe the council could install another bin

Storrington Rise car park was ideal for Cissbury Ring, and I was able to get a space with no problem. This was on a weekday morning in December though, and the car park was jammed when I left with one or two cars queuing to get in. It could probably do with being a fair bit larger to cater for the weekends and summer months as Cissbury Ring is bound to be very popular, having wonderful views all around.

It's free, which is great. The surface isn't great, so I would advise motorcycles to be careful or park on the road outside. Got a bit crowded just before lunch on a dry and reasonably warm bank holiday, so might be an issue on weekend afternoons. Steep pull up to Cissbury Ring though (not suitable for wheelchairs, mobility scooters or pushchairs - unless you are happy carrying them over sections with lots of tree roots).

It's free and the walk and the scenery is beautiful, what more do you want?
The carpark itself is wheelchair accessible somewhat but the hills/ walk is probably a no go as it's a steep climb, the terrain is more for walking, cycling, not suitable unfortunately for those w certain mobility issues
