Decent service. Shuttle bus ran pretty much to schedule. Driver seemed friendly enough pointing out correct place for the return pick up

I was slightly worried about booking this car park as I like to know the ins and outs of a place before booking however I needed to book somewhere quickly as we were flying off the next day and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised, it was so easy to book, it wasn't expensive, its located right next to Heathrow, there is a shuttle shelter to wait for the bus which was already waiting there for us, the reception staff are helpful if you have any questions, I felt much more secure knowing I was taking my keys with me as I have heard so many bad story's when people leave their keys with certain businesses. So I would really rate this car park, its very convenient and easy to use

Staff were helpful when my ticket got stuck coming out of the gate machine. Plenty of spaces to park. The shuttle service can be a little slow, but useful.
But be aware the bus doesn't run before 4am, which made me a little stressed, as if planned to get to the airport about 3:30am. Thankfully it wasn't an issue in the end, I didn't fancy spending £15 minimum taxi ride, so just made it to the airport at 4:20am.

NOT RECOMMENDED !!
We were charged an extra £14 due to not arriving at the time of our return booking, we were 12 hours late but still arrived on the same day: We would not recommend this car park there are better companies serving all terminals at Heathrow others put 23:59 on your return to cover the complete day of return.
Please be aware delays can result in an extra £26 a day charge and not the £3.99 charge as advertised on their site and transfer buses

I use airport parking 2-3 times a year. This is by far the worst car park that I have ever used.

1. The car park is located behind park inn where it's likely there will be a delivery truck blocking the route getting in and out of the car park.
2. It's a gravel pit. The spaces are riddled with holes and a ton of gravel so drive slowly or enjoy the new stone chips.
3. The bus took well over 20 minutes to get to the airport despite their advertisement of 5-10 minutes.
4. The bus doesn't come every 20 minutes for pick up, we had to wait 50 minutes for a bus we could finally get on and then the people waiting were all rude enough to push past us onto the bus and not a single person offered a woman with a baby a seat. The driver did nothing to ask for a seat either when we asked. We shouldn't even be standing anyway but standing with a baby was outright dangerous but we had no choice as the driver said we'd have to wait another hour for another bus!
5. The bus took 30 minutes to get back to the car park as he went to every terminal to apologise for the bus being full!

Avoid this one.

Good car park close to airport with prompt shuttle service to terminals. Only drawback was their own directions took us to the no longer used entrance and we found the place hard to find. Had to ask a couple of people. It's tucked away behind the hotel. Will definitely use again when the need arises. Top tip... do not park under the overgrown hedges! You will spend days cleaning your vehicle on your return.

Easy to find with the Waze satnav on Android. Not the greatest surface to park on but it is adequate. Transfer bus was already waiting when I arrived and as I was going to terminal 5, the transfer from terminal 3, the bus' first stop, is so easy with the free transfer on Heathrow Express. On the way back it was the same process, expect that I had to go through terminal 3 arrivals to get to bus stop 22. The bus arrived in less than 5 minutes but every 20 is not bad either. Back to the car park in about 10 minutes, my car was still there with no damage. Put my ticket in the machine and I was on my way home. Great service, thank you NCP.

Appalling! I wouldn’t leave my car in this “car park” even if it was to call into a grocery store. I prepaid online for anther NCP car park at T5 and was informed the original car park isn’t open until June 30th. I was offered this one as an alternative. Upon arrival I could see this wasn’t going to do at all. There is no security, it backs onto a housing estate with no perimeter fencing, the state of the car park resembles waste land and according to security at a nearby hotel the NCP car park has had no security at all since the start of Covid. Oh and they said they’d never leave their vehicles there in a million years! This was not only the worst airport car park I’ve ever seen, it’s probably the worst car park! I took some pictures and left no sooner after entering to find myself a reputable car park. I’ll be claiming my money back too!
