Appalling they shut the car park because the lift wasn't working! We could of still parked there and dropped my 87 year old grandad at hospital instead of parking a mile or more away and making him struggle to walk that far. His has dementia and I couldn't leave him at the front of hospital unattended! All for a closed lift people can use the stairs!

Badly managed car park. Paid for parking and got a fine saying that I stayed 9 mins more than what I paid. It didn’t say anywhere on the signs that we have to pay for entry and exit times. They need to take into account that when we enter, we have to look for parking, download the app and then enter card details to pay. If they are going to charge according to entry/exit times, then have paying machines at the entry and exit barriers. How can they expect people to remember at exactly which second they entered. I have to pay a £60 fine (discounted) now because according to them I have stayed more than the time that I paid for in the car park. I would’ve happily paid £1 extra for another hour had I known they have such strict parking enforcement policies, that too in a hospital car park.
