Number plate recognition system in use on entry . No ticket issued so nothing to loose . The only but is that you need a credit, debit card to leave or mobile phone to contact HQ. Awkward drive up to parking places but exit easy via circular ramp. Lighting on 3rd floor not working on day of visit. Possible risk to cars if lighting issue not resolved. No pay station on ground floor.

I don't know why but I couldn't select how many hours I would like to park. Car park overall was great.

Quite dirty and confusing, we wanted to exit via the West side and it wasn't clear which way to go. We were also charged when we left although we had a free parking code.

Car park is overpriced and the lighting is horrid. Needs a revamp and more ticket machines on each level
