St Anns Car Park

Good,with exclusive ranges of floors,especially on a busy shopping day. Although,I think they should move the parking ticket machines to every floor of the car park. I have saw people leaving the car park without paying. Altogether, it's a good car park.

The place now has number plate recognition payment system as against the old ticketing system. Nice ambience with car wash services provision.

Why are you asking me to rate this place? I don't drive but I do wait here to get my Uber.

A car park that is easy to use. It has ticketless parking using scanning pf the license plate. (ANPR technology) you then pay on exit before you get into the car park by phtting your car Registration number in and paying. It is not cheap £15 for a day! And about £4 for several hours.
The area for improvement is the signage and directions to the exit. Each floor is not clearly numbered and the walkways and spaces are not labelled so using the car park for the first time needs a bit of concentration.

Apart from this it is easy in and easy out. A little challenging to find the entrance the first time but then it was all good

Absolutely shocking they have not fixed their lifts. For weeks and weeks now there has been ONE lift in action out of four, on my regular visits. They have invested in a modern ticketless parking system, that also doesn’t always work correctly, but they can’t seem to fix a basic thing like the lifts!! I cannot walk my three little children from the eighth floor down to the shops. Park in St George’s, which is what I will be doing from now on!

So confusing to pay the car parking before good to pay the machine before you live in there shopping centre now it's difficult to pay the that's

Rubbish car park.Between level 2 and level 3 they resurfaced the tarmac.When reaching level 3,there is a big bump which will crash your car underneath.Who will pay for the damage? I have to pay,because they don't care about your property.We pay for parking and they damage our properties.
The lift was defect so I had to walk between levels to reach the other lift.

It's a very good facility for shoppers; however, it has narrow car parking slots and poor signage. Due to this, I saw a few people going out from the way that is assigned to be in. It should be maintained properly. However, I found the monitoring staff helpful.
