Likewise I tried to pay by phone as stated but this proved and still proves to be imposible. After registering the card which takes at least ten minutes, I was then directed to park the car. You cannot leave the car park after this time as a fine will follow and so payment must be made. I tried twice but on both occasions the automatic voice stops before confirming that the car is parked. One can only assume that it is parked or that one has paid more than once. I have tried to test the system since and now my card seems to no longer be registered. For this I received a £60 fine. No wonder that the car park is empty. It appears to be set up as a scam only where the hidden nomanee directors of this company can make large sums by cheating their customers.

The app they use was terrible and despite registering, it kept providing errors and would not complete the booking process. Ended up calling the phone line which is automated and the process is slow, has an excessive number of steps. You’ll need to stay on the line as at times it seems like the process is complete but it’s just a gap and you need to persevere as there are further steps.

If it’s after 6.30pm, park in the local area as it’s free and save yourself the hassle.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS CAR PARK! Phone call or the application doesn’t work, even after paying I ended up with a £100 fine! Absolute scammers!

Our friends tried to park here for a meal with us. They could not find any way of paying - machine not working and online systems not accepting cards - and so after 20 minutes gave up. They then got a fine for parking without paying. They appealed with evidence of their attempts to pay and the appeal was rejected out of hand. These are Nasty People! Do not use their parking!!

The worst parking scammers on the planet, please avoid at all costs. App doesn't work and you get fined!

Don't use! Got a ticket because the app took forever to install and to let me pay. They must be doing this on purpose. How sad that businesses get to make profit from scamming others.

I get a ticket every single time I've parked here even though I've paid. Which in itself is a tedious process

DO NOT USE! Car park is a scam. App doesn’t work and even if you call to pay and give all your details,you will still receive a parking ticket. Scammers….
