Be aware that your car has a picture taken as you enter and leave this is how they tell how long you have been in the car park. Although you buy a ticket for parking and return in time if you do not leave the car park straight away you will end up with a £100 fine if the time you actually leave is passed the time on your ticket.

Blue Badge user, was fined £100 even though badge was on display, they said that Blue badge users have to pay. This car park has no concessions and is Disabled unfriendly. Will never use NCP again.

NCP carpark. This carpark has been in the local and national press this year with regards to not having planning permission for their ANPR cameras and not having Advertising Consent for their signage. If you have been fined in the last year then based on the planning breaches CBC have made it very clear, tickets would be void. Cross Keys carpark is another.

I mean, it's a car park after all. Only two things bugging me are: no free (or cheaper) parking after 6 and the spaces are so tight that if two individuals park their spaceships a bay apart, you can't even fit a shopping cart in the middle, let alone a normal-sized car...

Over complicated ticket machine with poor lighting for buying tickets when its dark. My question is why can't it be free to park after 18:00 like other towns, as this would benefit local restaurants and other establishments by increasing clientele.

Be very careful, my daughter parked here and none of the machines were working,she tried other means of payment,but nothing was working,was there for about 15mins.Decided to move car to another carpark.But over a month later recieved a parking fine for £100, and a letter saying it was to late to complain!!!

Keep away. Run by a cowboy car park operator. Best to use Crawley Borough Car Park. The car park is just a mess. Holes, untidiness, chain link fencing that looks dreadful. A real dump of a car park. NCP should get their act together and put some investment along with Homes England the landowner and make it a nicer place..
