Wellington Centre Car Park

Parking is good, but the spaces are a bit tight. Price is very good and the new payment machines are a big improvement. Ticketless parking lot.

Absolutely terrible car park. The machines are very often not working and i was recently given a PCN because of this. Even though I called them to pay and they told me to just leave the car park. Furthermore, the lifts do not work properly and smell of urine. There is graffiti every where and the stair wells are disgusting. DO NOT USE THIS CAR PARK, THERE ARE OTHER CAR PARKS IN THE AREA THAT ARE CHEAPER AND SAFER.

Carpark was not bad until ownership has chenged.
After that they removed exit barriers, and you can't be sure you won't receive PCN just because card paymen didn't came throught.
That exactly happened to me last time. I guess that payment terminal lost network connection, and couldn't process payment.
Funny fact is that "out of order" was on the other machine, so I used that one, and I got "beep" as normal when pay contactless ... so I just wen't to the lift. And because they removed exit barriers, I wasn't stopped on exit.

PCM's are legal because people were avoiding to pay the charge for stay.
But since car parks has cameras, there is no way to avoid the payment. Sooner or later everyone has to pay. IMHO, PCM's in that situations are just kind of overuse of law. Car park companies that are using cameras to track visitors should not be permited to send PCMs - just reminder bills to pay. Specially, that as we see, very often we have situation something soesn't work and who is blamed and charged for that? Of course customers.

Don't use this carpark the machines work via cameras and they keep going wrong, I got £60 fine because they said I didn't pay for parking when I did. 2 weeks after that I got charged £11.90 for parking there for less than an hour and I won't reply to my emails regarding the issue

Needs a lot of work stairways very smelly

This is a terrible car park. The payment machine did not work and despite showing photo evidence I have received a fine of £60 for less than 10 minutes parking. The lift was not working, the staircases smelt of urine and I did not feel safe.

Visited this car park today, stayed for less than an hour so fee was £1 but machine told me it was £40.50 !! I last visited on Monday and even though I paid for parking then ( checked my credit card statement and I have the proof) it thinks I've been there all that time ! Tried to call the number on the signs but no option to actually speak to anyone. Have to send in email

Lifts not working on all levels and the stairs are covered in spit and urine.
