Union Car Parks

Handy location for borough market. Just 10min walk or 600m down the road. You did feel like you were entering a dungen and it looked a bit shabby. However is wasn't a bad price for the centre of London. £12 for 3 hours. Wasn't too easy to find but with google maps you should be fine. I've taken a photo of the entrance ehich also includes the prices. There was a member of staff on site so it looks safe.....even for a dungen!

I used this car park for a weekend when attending a charity event in London that I was taking part in. On arrival there is only a tariff board at the entrance with NO sign claiming this is CASH ONLY car park.
You then drive someway in where I was then stopped and greeted by a parking attendant who came upto my driver's window, then pointing me into a parking space.
Returning on Sunday I was told my charge was £63 and I can only pay by CASH, they don't take card payment. There is ONE sign at the attendants hut that says, CASH ONLY, this sign isn't at the entrance or anywhere else.
I have attached photos of all the signage and I have contacted the company who did nothing but defend their actions and attendant and said they'll get new signs up soon.
Just take a look on how little their one and only sign saying CASH ONLY. Poor

Good location. You can always find a free space. Easy to park even on a van. Reasonable prices. Cash only, but receipts are given.

This was so easy. Lovely staff. £20 for the day. Short 2 min walk to the tate. Can't rate it highly enough. Happy family

Gentleman that helped us was friendly, didn't attempt to rip us off with the charge and guided us to a well lit, easily accessible place to park.

Left my car overnight and had no problems whatsoever. Just be mindful that this is a cash only car park (cash machines are nearby for anyone needing them).

Not ridiculously priced for overnight in central London and a 5 minute walk to our hotel.

Please put No 1 Greater Suffolk street on Google maps and then drive. Once you reach to location look Right.You can see the car park with sign posts.Turn to Right side and go through the passage way.

It is directly opposit to Sppedy hire Center.

Great location. If you’re on your own it can be a daunting place to park the car, better lighting would help this. Make sure you have the correct change otherwise you might be told by the attendant that they don’t have any coins 🤔 as I was in a rush and on my own I didn’t have time to argue....but if this is occurring throughout the day the attendant is making a nice little earner!!!!! Because of this I’m not sure I’ll park here again. Beware they do not accept cards/contactless....which is really not suitable for 2021!!!!

We asked upon entry of it was cash or card, the guy said he could take both! Upon leaving conveniently the WiFi wasn’t working ‘apparently’ yet everyone on could use their phones, including the carpark attendant himself didn’t have a problem with internet access therefore claimed cash only. We had to find a machine then, plus we arrived back at the car much earlier than planned and he still charged us the same despite being told the quote was depends how many hours we were there so quote was worst case scenario. Wouldn’t use it again- felt like he was pulling a fast one to get cash and full money!
