It's a car park. It has parking spaces and therefore fulfils all requirements. Although the rates did seem quite pricey.

It's a car park, you park your car here, I have given it 5 stars as if all you want to do is park your car at Oxshott train station, this is the place for you, dont park at Guildford car park if you need to get a train from Oxshott, that just wouldn't work out well for you.
