Awful experience! Road works, diversions everywhere. Long queues, unnecessary terrific in a result of lack of management and direction from staff. I was shocked in a heavy traffic already driving to O2 plus a other 1h in the parking queues! Unacceptable for the expensive rate you're charging. It was an awful experience attending my favourite singer Andrea Bocelli and I never ever attend any event here at O2! Absolutely waste of my time with the parking system during the events.

Attending the Chris Rock and Dave Chappelle show I decided to book a car spot in advance to get some discount (also it was going to be packed). On entering the park; there are two car queues, with pre-paid on the left. I got in fast, parked, enjoyed the show and hungout with some friends to 11:30PM in the Clipper Bar. When returning to my car, I walked through Car Park 2, it was gridlocked, cars trying to leave and probably just over half emptied. When crossing the road by the car exit it was a disaster with drivers exiting and blocking traffic going eastwards. I got to my car in Car Park 1, the park was practically much empty with very few cars remaining. I was able to exit with no queuing, right onto the road. I guess the premium is the convenience of leaving fast after the show. I will definitely use this park again for any big shows at the O2.

We went to bochelli on the Saturday night. The experience to get into the car park 1 was so bad, that we decided to leave the event at the interval to avoid a repeat on leaving. Terribly managed car park and too expensive. Has put me off returning to the o2 by car. In this day and age you’d think things would be better than this, but they clearly aren’t

We prebooked a space and when waiting to be allowed in were told it was full and people were being asked to park on the road sections of the carpark. We took one of the last few places in the road so would hate to know what would happen if we had arrived later and how we would have gotten a refund to be able to park elsewhere... seems they are overselling or also allowing people to just turn up on the day even when fully booked so would recommend arriving as early as you can.

It was my first visit by car and with all the building and roadworks, it was difficult to find car park 4, and when we did, leaving was a nightmare in the dark because there is a lack of signage. The marshalls did their best, but one wrong turn left me in a dead end and insufficient detail on the sat nav. But not to worry, by the look of things it will all change by next time!

Bays are clearly marked and so is the entrance and exit only gave 3 stars because £37 for event parking is ridiculous

It was a bit confusing to get in as there are building works and diversions around the car park. 2 of the paying machines did not work but only one had a sign on to not use.

Car park 1. £35 parking on event day. Lots of help from staff to park. Spaces are nice and big. Secure car park
