Easy, simple car park. Prices are really good. Free on weekends.
Small. But if you want to vivist the park or the university, this is a good one to go to.

30 people are wating in the queue to pay for the fee. not very good. should open an onlime payment.

One machine was broken for a week. Today I went to pay for my parking and neither machine would accept my card. I rang the number and the guy said I would have to wait for an engineer and wouldn't take payment over the phone. I had to find somewhere else to park and was late to my appointment. If you're going to charge for parking you have to make it convenient to do so. I'm done with this car park. Absolute joke.

Midsummer Meadow carpark is a conveniently located parking area if you are planning a visit to the University of Northampton. I have parked there several times and the only issue I have had is the fact that it is quite popular, so sometimes at capacity. The bays are a reasonable size and the cost to park is also acceptable. I expect I will park here the next time I visit the university.

Awful location. Always busy. Overpriced and constantly patrolled by traffic wardens preying on students dumb enough to park badly.

Easy free parking for a walk into town or just around the park.

The car park is situated just slightly away from the town centre, maybe a 10mins walk for an average person. The bonus is the location is also good for a walk along the embankment of the river, near to the marina, very close to childrens amusements and parkland. Handy for the University as well.
