The worst parking I have ever been to. The entrance send ramps are narrow so your car gets scratched, there's litter everywhere, the council gives you a ticket for parking on the line eventhough it was the only space left and only way to park.

The council is running a scam here charging £1000+ for annual parking.

There is water everywhere and turned icy and slipped. Morrisons is offering monthly parking for £35 a month.

Most complicated car park ever. A lot of bays are restricted but signage is not clear and very confusing. Machines not working forcing you to use RingGo which would recognise my reg. had to leave and find somewhere else to park. Why not try and make it easy for the customers.

Rubbish car park please avoid
Narrow high kerbs which will damage your alloys, the worst thing is once you enter you have to carry on through as you can not get out.
Very confusing parking bay restrictions and many broken or Out of order payment machines.

Who ever designed this car park needs to be shot. Don’t park here unless you drive a postage stamp. You’ll scuff your wheels no matter what, tossers!

Every time i go to this car park the meters aren't working. Too often to be down to just bad luck.
They have different meters on different floors.
Some take cash.
Some don't or the cash is broken (you can't tell)
Some take card, some don't.
It's not clear if inserts & pin is broken or not supported, or if swipe is broken or not supported, or both.
The card machines are badly designed. It's not clear if they are broken or just don't work how the directions suggest they would.
I dislike any carpark, that is not pay for use on exit, but this car park is dreadful even for pay and display.
I missed an appointment finally thanks in significant part to struggling to find a workable pay machine.
I will not go to reigate for pleasure unless someone else's choice compels me too, all because of the pain of having to use this car park. Land is a premium, running car parks ought to be licensed requiring levels of service or loss of right to occupy the land.

Small and tight car park for bigger cars, lots of short stay parking and not much long stay at all and always busy. It’s fairly cheap though. There’s no lift here either so difficult if travelling with a pram and small children as you need to use the same ramps as the cars. There’s a whole floor dedicate to permit holders and not a single car there too.

Don't drive big cars here! Corners are very tight and you must drive very slowly. Cheap for a bank holiday weekend. Got 10+hours for less than £5. Signage for lift but no lifts!! Beware wheelchair/buggie users!!!

Some of the pay and display machines aren’t working. The ones in working order are filthy and displays are scratched.
Stairwells are disgusting and in areas smell of urine. Walls are full of graffiti (could do with a lick of paint) Floors are mucky. Both pedestrian entrance and exits are dark and lack lighting.
I could go on but I find it extraordinary, appalling, shameful that anyone should find the audacity to charge money for the privilege.
Car Park to be avoided especially when it gets dark. Unsafe…
Dear Car Park managers/owners, please explain yourselves.
