Free car parking on the south side of ardingly reservoir. There are quite a few spaces here, but can get very busy on days when the weather is good. Nearest toilets are at the reservoir cafe. This is a good place to use for walks, as there are several trails in this area. Very popular with dog walkers.

I highly recommend the wall between the reservoir & Balcombe Lake. Very pretty!

Love place for a short walk. Nobody from the watersports were there. Nice for a picnic

Nice place to stop to stretch your legs on a long journey. The car park was free and has plenty of spaces. I think there is a trail footpath that circles the reservoir. The reservoir is signposted from the highway

The car park was free and made it easy for us to unpack out picnic and sit on the grass. It's a lovely spot for a picnic! We chilled out watching people sailing and paddle boarding, then we packed up and took a stroll to Ouse Valley Viaduct which was really easy to get to.

This car park is free and a short walk up a steep bank to the reservoir, there are boating leisure facilities nearby that i didn't visit, but looked good, i will drop back in when passing with more time.

A nice walk but not a circular one, free car park which I assume gets very busy in the summer, it is a bit off the beaten track
