Gunners Park Car Park

Visited this site twice, great for a stroll or so or walking the dog, good to look at the old buildings, I live around 300miles from this location but its a nice spot to visit when passing.

Plenty of parking spaces and free to park, short walk to the costal path or Gunners Park to observe nature

Lovely walk from here along seafront. To the right Thorpe Bay but if you turn left through the Garrison onto East beach. You can walk round the lake in the conservation area or sea the defender remains along the seafront.

I ex Garrison Some good walks around the area New Houses been built A great dog walking areas Can be busy weekends I believe the Garrison went back as far as before the 1st World War Still some batteries on the coast

Free concrete surfaced car park in Gunners Park Shoeburyness.

Free carpark, some pretty harsh speed bumps at the entrance. It closes at different times of the year, 6pm is the earliest. Easy access to gunners park and the sea wall, wheelchair friendly.
