Worst experience ever. I think these people should be investigated for their tactics in ignoring people, by which I mean not being easy to contact leading to problems resolving simple issues. They have ulterior motives. Very bitter aftertaste having to deal with these kinds of people, time wasted, shocking, happily resolved, not even maybe. I woukd give them a Minus star if possible.

Wife was ill in car and could not drive and overstayed by 4 minutes....got fined for £185.......thieving b******s

Hopeless. Now they've resorted to providing an email address that is invalid if you want to appeal a parking notice. Surely that has got to be illegal? Makes it very easy for them to claim that they never received your appeal unless you pay the post office a lot of money for a signed for and tracked letter.

I received a parking fine whilst working for Domino’s. This wasn’t cancelled by the store nor someone at parking eye. I have appealed and ignored and I’m being threatened and intimidated with court action. This is a fraudulent money grab and this is being reported to the police. This seems to happen far too often and it’s a complete joke.

Taken to claims court for something that should have been cancelled - awful company with awful staff

These people are scammers I was given a ticket for going to the gym at 5am jarman park Hemel Hempstead I got in touch and they said they had cancelled it. A year and a half later I get a letter from bailiffs! For £170 no letters in between. They have no number you can call and when you try to get in touch via their website they don’t respond.

I have received a letter before county court claim. I have been trying to contact someone as no1 has replied to my appeal. Are there any suggestions? The signage is unclear, i was only parked to unload my suitcases from car to visit a friend and i got fined 100 pound.

This company is only interested in fines and ripping people off. I pulled off a main road to let my daughter who was feeling car sick get some fresh air and used the car park to be safe. I pulled into the car park drove through the car park and stopped on the exit side just inside the boundaries of the land. opened a window and allowed my daughter a few minutes to compose herself with some fresh air. 2 weeks later i had a £100 fine for being in the car park for 7mins. I appealed and got told i need to provide evidence. "How can i prove someone was feeling sick" what evidence do they want???? I appealed again asking what they want me to provide in this instance and got told that i have not appealed twice and no further appeals will be heard so the fine is £100. This is a disgusting way to run a company and treat the public. WISH I DIDNT HAVE TO GIVE THEM A SINGLE STAR TO POST THIS....
