My wife parked here - big mistake - huge! Never again, why? Because the machines don’t work and the customer services team do t answer the phone - although they do if you’re booking airport parking!!! Ha! Got them out and she got it recorded in anticipation of a £100 fine which will probably arrive as many other reviewers have testified to!!!
Keep clear - !!!

Don't accept cash, machines didn't work last visit,(apparently this is common at this place) no staff to help and the only way to pay for parking is via an app. Absolutely rubbish, will never park here again.

Good parking for town and the pubs close by. Not great floor service and usually quite full

Depends on what days you go as gets preety full sometimes

Beware! Really bad admin at this car park. Paid for 4 hours parking using the NCP Park Pass. Same time, same date, same car park, same car registration. Received a parking ticket 6 weeks later for £100! Waste of time having to send NCP proof of payment when it was paid for using THEIR app!

Imagine waking up and remembering you work at a car park

This is a trap for collecting the 100 £ notice fine.This is their main earning.

Machine does not accept cash , difficult to operate.

Start counting from the Minute of entering not the time of the ticket. And if you stay 1 minute more you will get fine.
They wil sent notice after 1 month to ask for 100£ fine rather than 60£ .

This car park is useful for its proximity to Ipswich Town centre. However the tarmac is in a terrible condition. There is a massive hole in the tarmac as you leave the car park! Seems to be issues with subsidence here since there are dips and holes everywhere. Today the NCP app wasn't working for myself or anyone else so we had to use the NCP car park machine.
