A good parking area with reasonable prices; the provider could consider expansions for motorhomes with a little bit longer parking bays (the space potential exists, that would be very attractive for potential tourists).

Run down, poorly managed carpark. Recently received £100 fine together with other theatre goers because ticket machine not working properly and unable to download app. I will never use this carpark again.

Careful… scam. Machine doesn’t work. Online payment not possible for for non-GB number plates. They’ll probably give you a fine as soon as you walk away. I went around the corner to Fore Street, easy card payment, all good.

The machine wouldn't accepted cash or card. Tried calling the phone number which wouldn't accept payment. Also downloaded the app which wouldn't work either.
I spent 20 minutes trying to pay to park my car and have been billed £60 for the privilege. Save yourself the time and avoid.

A very run down, awkward car park to get into. Has been tried to be looked after but not really... Prefer other car parks in Ipswich.

Convenient car park but very small since the car wash company took half of it.

Currently appealing a fine, I paid via SMS/CC , left an hour early, what a waste of time
