Be aware of the entrenances and exits, especially if you have a bigger car. For some very odd reason, they’re at right angles meaning I had to drive my wheel over the curb at the enterance even after swinging round. I even curbed it as well . See picture for terrible design. Wish they’d test this before opening …

A good location for the town. But I didn't expect a £25 fee for five hours! But then it is a short-stay car park. I thought it would be £7.

I used this for the first time recently. Parking was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. I am a disabled driver and I was supported well.

Close to town centre, plenty of spaces and reasonable charges. Lift is available. Very small amount of charging points on ground level. Be prepared for the steep ramp on the way in as I've seen many people stall, including myself.

The Best car park in all UK! It is very clean and spacious, also has plenty of chargers for electric cars. Inside and outside spaces. Close to town centre and Christchurch park, next to the swimming pool. Price is very reasonable. Stuff is very helpful also.

Parked car on a saturday night to go in to town,times on view showed closing at 11-30 ,changed mind to park some where else, only there 5 mins, charged £ 1-40 , not right, really does not encourage people in to the town if carpark shuts at 11-30 pm.

I really love this car park because it has lots of free 22kw car chargers BUT the website is wrong. It closes completely at 6.30pm mon- fri. You cannot drive in before 6.30pm, leave your car charging and drive out before 11.30pm. Dangerous!
