Very safe car park, increased charges which are extortionate. Should at least be half day parking charge not £12 anytime Monday to Friday. Was regular user but no more due to increase in charges

£17 for 5 and half hours parking whilst on a night out. Returned to car at 3:30am so forced to pay as no staff around to challenge the advertised £12 fee.

Even catching a later train there were spaces available and the online space checker was great so I could see if there was space before arriving. Easy to park and pay and made my trip to London stress less!

Booked a week's parking in advance. Really easy to find right next to the station and entry and exit went smoothly.

A disgraceful rip-off. V v limited free parking in front of the station when several trains are arriving at the same time, so forced to use Multi-Storey Car Park. Be aware there's no 20 mins free parking in this Multi-Storey Car Park. You pay £12 from the 1st minute. This information nowhere to be seen on arriving. I had to pay £12 for 17 mins stay. Practically robbery.

Clean & safe & right next to the station. Gets full on weekdays by about 10am and of course it's expensive (£12 per day at time of writing)

Be careful...if you cross even one minute more than the 20 mins free parking ,NCP makes you pay the full charge for the day..the parking attendant over the intercom is most unhelpful and puts the phone down without a complete response..I think the attempt is to fleece money out of customers to make up for the loss in the last year. Till the year before they were allowing till 45 mins in the car park. They have now changed the rule to ensure they penalise the customers. Third rate Parking company!
