Cornhill Street Car Park

Avoid at all costs!! Read other negative reviews before you get stung by euro car parks. Have to use the app or pay by phone site. 2nd fine I've received here after I paid via the website. I clearly remember paying online but for some reason I ended up with a fine. Complete joke of a car park. Nightmare getting out to at busy periods.

Good car park next to W’ton station. £4 all day. Can pay by card at machine, as well as by app. Bit of a faff when leaving as queues develop from other car park and traffic light timing.

Horrible, I did pay and display just to receive a fine and after appealing and show proof of bank payment.
They charge me again £20 for a so called administration fee because of “major keying error”.
Which doesn’t make any sense, saying that I didn’t write my registration properly when I paid !!! SCAM

Appalling car park, one entry and exit, that one vehicle can use at a time. I could not use the phone pay, not UK resident so really dont understand this no cash thing. A guy leaving had the rest of the day on his ticket so he gave it to me to use, nothing on their yellow board said this was not allowed. Displayed ticket as instructed in the windscreen, and now they sent a fine. This is a SCAM.

Parked here while I attended a couple of healthcare appointments in the town.
Paid on the App for two hours. When I got back to the car apparently I had slightly overstayed and I received a parking penalty for a £100. With other car park operators you get a reminder that your parking is about to end- not with Europarks! I appealed the ticket politely but it was flatly refused and I had to pay. My wife also uses this car park and now neither of us will use this car park in future. Funnily enough Europarks don’t subscribe to the Parking Ombudsman Scheme. I can understand why, they are completely without any iota of care. Previously my car was damaged by stones thrown at my car by youths (seen by member of public) When I got in touch with Europarks to review CCTV they said they didn’t have, try phoning the council!!!!!

Paid £2.50 for 2hrs, was slightly over as train was late. Received a £100 fine. Euro car parks opted out of the Ombudsman scheme, so you cant get any back up over the penalty notice. (that should say it all)
No contact number or e-mail address, they just want your money.
Please read other postings before you use this car park.
DISGUSTING COMPANY.

My husband and myself tried to pay to park our car on this car park. We could not download the app which you needed to pay and after 15 minutes of frustration decided to park on a car park nearby that you could pay for by card or cash. We received a fine of £60.00 and were told when we appealed against this that we should have displayed a ticket from a non existent machine. In the past you could pay by cash on this car park. I am disgusted at paying this fine as this was no fault of ours.

Horrible! I paid through the app and selected the wrong parking code by mistake. I appealed and they declined, says I paid on a different car park not managed by them. I paid through their own app! How is that possible? An now they've conveniently remove that car park from the app! Never going to park there again. They'll find every excuse to charge you!
