Avoid IpServ. Do not use. Bunch of Scamming theives . God forbid you make a mistake despite paying what you believed to be correct full amount , but end up with a fine . Don't bother appealing, they don't care . Derelict old piece of ground dump !!!

Came here a little while ago tried paying twice didn’t work used a different card both times, was in a rush so I went out to do my things came back to try pay didn’t work again so downloaded a parking app and eventually paid for the parking then left to find out I had a parking charge to pay a few weeks later as I didn’t pay within the 10 minute grace period 😂 only way this car park can afford to keep going, avoid at all costs don’t give them business they don’t deserve it

Best pl to park your car. A step from the port so you can walk alongside the bay. We paid 5.00 £ for whole day, which I think is fair price.

Paid £5.10p thinking it was correct for an evening. Got a £60 fine as cost is £5.50. Bad lighting pouring with rain. 40p short. Disgusting price for an evening

It's not bad size but even through the midday in a middle of the week it is full. They don't have car park for the family's. At least I haven't seen any. Only for disabled. You have to pay and display. No option to use app. Lots of puddles, very uneven surface. Even motorbikes have to pay for parking.

This car park does nothing but fine you for literally any reason they can pull out of their bottoms. They ask for ridiculous sums of money, too, which they obviously don't spend on the carpark itself, because it is riddled with potholes. The staff are rude and I just hate this car park.

BE VERY WARY OF PARKING HERE! I parked here just once in July 2021 and paid for a full day's parking and then received a parking ticket asking me to pay a hefty fine because I had 'parked outside of the marked bays.' The surface of this car park is a wasteland of broken concrete and mismatching surfaces. I did not see any marked bays and parked neatly in line with another car. Luckily, I was able to prove all this with photos I had taken and my appeal against the parking fine was successful. I can only assume my ticket was a speculative one, hoping that I would just panic and pay up. In spite of the great quayside location, I will not ever park at this car park again and I would urge others to think twice before parking here too. IPSERV need to do better. (This review would be NO STARS if the website allowed me to do that.)
