stop off on day 1. well kept and pretty car park. £1.60 for 2 hours. went to the tea rooms to use the toilet. dog friendly with water bowls out. suggest heading for tea rooms first north east of car park 10 mins walk and then a circular walk around the reservoir and back to car park. 30 mins. had a picnic on the green areas surrounding the car park. plenty of picnic benches to use. great stop

It's a car park with access to walks. I believe you have to pay but didn't use it so can't say how much our when it opens. Watch for closing times though. Some shut at four in the winter around there.

It's great here if you want a nice quiet walk in around the reservoir or the woods. There's nothing here other than paths but that's great. You can walk to Shipley park from here as well, whilst keeping away from the masses. Parking charges are reasonable too.

Beautiful area all year round. Big cheap car park...walks as easy, short or ling as you wish to make it. Dog friendly, pub in village and cafes on Shipley park.

It's a nice place but prohibitively expensive (£4.50 for 4hours!) and the loos have been locked for years.

Lovely place to park up and start our walk around Shipley shame that the toilets are locked and the lights are left on are they in use or not ? we still have to pay to park there and can't use the toilets what are we paying for or are the toilets there for the fishermen and the rangers it's time they were opened up for the paying public
