Parking and Security Solutions Ltd

I struggle to know where to start. They issue a fine, you pay, 9 months after happily taking the payment they send it to BW Legal to chase the debt incorrectly. BW Legal hound you for a payment Parking and Security Solutions Ltd know you have paid. Do they help? No they pick up the phone, shout at you that it is not there problem, they haven't received payment (although you have a receipt from them) and HANG UP THE PHONE.
Clearly out for conning people out of as much money as they can, the legal letters are probably enough for some to pay again thinking they haven't paid without checking.
Customer service is clearly not something this company have ever heard of! I will be writing to B&Q and advising they use a different parking attendant.

The blokes a rip off merchant, the worst company ive ever worked for, he fell asleep at work when he was meant to be guarding. Stay away unless you want to be ripped off, he also called me and threatened me.

Just received a letter for parking in my partners parking spot and this company doesn’t even overlook the area. The website given on the letter to appeal doesn’t work. Phone numbers don’t work when it says it will put you through to someone. Complete scammers. So I’m unable to appeal or even speak to someone.

Horrible service. Took about 6 emails to get a message back. Provided proof through photos that there is no clear message as to where to pay for parking. Instead being polite and professional, the person on other end was rude, made fun of me, laughed at me. Should never exist if you don't know how to provide customer service, all these people did was provided me with emotional distress.

Check this company out and their supposed accreditations. No message facility. Phone goes unanswered. Checking on Companies House it shows that he is not exactly great at getting business finances in order either!
Oh and get this. He has just opened another company called WeeklyWinz Ltd. And guess what. 1 star reviews.

Received a £100 fine for not parking in the car park I got the fine for! Absolute madness. Please can someone contact me about this. I have written a letter appealing but have still not had a reply.

Still waiting for a response from 4 e.mails and numerous voicemail messages since April 2021. BW Legal being very sympathetic to me they are also receiving no correspondence from them. The company also claims to have a CHAS accreditation on their website but when I called CHAS apparently this is not the case and they have asked them on numerous occasion to remove this statement.

Owner is obviously very arrogant person. My appeal was declined. He ignored my emails and also hang up on me. How professional! He didn't provide me with 10 digit verification code so I could make an appeal with POPLA. The company needs to be shamed and go out of business.
