Pont Melin-Fach

A beautiful little spot just off the road. The road leading to this little spot is a little troubling so care is needed to get here. The parking is quite small so can get cramped and only two picnic benches. So in hot wheather it can seem busy. Plenty space for kids to run about. The river is clear with a mountain fresh water chill and close to several waterfalls. Amazing piece of nature.

Amazing waterfalls. Great hike. You need to be able to walk a lot here. It will take it out of you. Limited parking get their early.

This is a small car park, it is down a very narrow winding road, but there is a great trail (the Elidir Trail) that takes you to a number of excellent waterfalls. To be honest, we worked our way down to Sgwd Gwladus expecting it to be the best of them all but were sorely disappointed...! We also saw quite a bit of litter which does rather detract from the natural beauty and relaxing sound of falling water.
Otherwise, it is a rough trail, buy well worth it for the views, wear good shoes!

Easy access to the waterfalls and very simple to get in to have a swim. Two and five year old managed to walk on the path to the first waterfall

WOW….WOW….WOW!!!

Extremely breathtaking. We were extremely lucky with the weather in March, 3 days of sun (4th-7th) 2022 ☀️💯😎👌🏽

We did the waterfall trail and amazed by at the waterfalls. We even got into the water hahah

We tried to get to the 5th hidden waterfall however it’s extremely muddy towards the end, where you have to cross the right had trail before it ends and so we decided to head back as it was getting late. 🙃

This is a special place and I’m amazed this is all in the Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

Car park closed from March 22nd to September 30th. No idea why. Literally only 3 cars can park at various points further up (and are passing spaces). Don't go here during summer.

Absolutely amazing spot , we parked near the top and walked down. There are many waterfalls than you can swim in , dive in and sit by . We went on a super hot day but it wasn’t over busy lovely walks all over and beautiful scenery, definitely worth a visit and dog friendly , there are some pubs at the very bottom but when we were there the wait was around an hour for a table !, a lovely place for all ages to enjoy will definitely return 👍👍😂

Never started this walk before from here. Car park is very small. Road to it is single track with not many places to let another car go. There is picnic area here. In summer I would recommend to park in the village.
