Maes Parcio Abereistedd

Another place I pulled over on my journey across the country to have a quick walk. It was a nice and quiet area.

First time parking this side of the castle. Nice view and reasonably quiet considering it was jubilee weekend. Nice spot for a car picnic and a large grassy area and benches for the true picnic experience. Path off to stretch the dogs legs too... Not many spaces but not many cars venture away from the prom and big town carparks... I shouldn't be telling you this. I won't get a spot now...

The views are worth a quick stop … lucky residents

Nice place to have a picnic

Looked like a lovely picturesque town, we arrived late one evening as was going to explore the town the following morning.
Unfortunately there was no over night parking that we could see so we respected this and unfortunately carried on to Barmouth.

Beautiful stopped off to go into Criccieth and had our picnic at one of tables. Lawn cut very neat and tidy. Sun shinning, peace and quiet looking out to sea. What would you want.

Is a quieter car park. Just small. Free after 4.30pm. People were having their fish n chips and taking in the evening sun
