Kids love it here, it has everything for them. Beach, woods and a park. Plenty of parking and totally free.

Absolutely amazing! The viaduct is huge, I even managed to take a photo of a train going over it. The scenery from the boardwalk over to the Knap Gardens is stunning. There are so many waking routes from here. We took the coastal path trail and climbed up and walked through Porthkerry and fontegery caravan site and onto Aberthaw Power Station.

We love it here, the magnificent bridge was built in 1897. Lots of things you find there. Cafe, ice-cream, playground, picnic benches, beach, sheep, lamps and beautiful walk!

Amazing place, acres of forest walks, pebble beaches, green fields to run around, explore and look for dinosaurs. Aeroplane spotting is a must as well. We paid £2.50 for the car park, absolute bargain. Took a picnic, a Frisbee and a ball. Had a lovely time, beautiful weather and both kids fast asleep in the car on way home. Totally recommend.

1st visit this year. Spent a good couple of hours here. Was lovely and the boys loved the rope swings in the woods and the beach exploring. No park rangers about emptying the overflowing bins though which was a bit of a surprise as usually they are emptied regular.
