Difficult to access I walk with a stick had difficulty with the steps had no access to a lift so was a struggle as all ground floor spaces were full !

First time ever going here and as there is multiple shops here we went in a few to do some Christmas shopping. Unaware of any signs about parking. We were sent with a heavty fine. For parking more than 3 hours here. When if you are looking in a few shops plus getting food it's impossible. Never using this site again. Money grabbing thieves.

Be aware that there is a time limit to your shopping. 3 hours is the cap if you are unaware like me. Shopping on the 23rd Dec has cost £50 in parking fee for being 23 mins over.
