North Road Pay and Display Car Park

The best value car park in Cardiff if you don’t mind a walk

Only a 30 minute walk into city centre also on a bus route into the centre, so easier to park here than have the hassle of getting out of the centre. Only £8.80 to park the whole day. Did however receive a parking ticket as my pay and display ticket had slipped off the dashboard 🙄

Relatively cheap all day parking, handy for the university

Worst car park ever only one way in way way out and only enough room to get one car up and down the road absolute shambles tonight trying to park for Bute park light show!!!!

Plenty of spaces and right next to bute park. It has separate paths for cars, bikes and pedestrians. It was clean and easy to negotiate. The only real down side is the high price for parking coupled with the inflexible stay times: 5 hours or all day. I was there for 2 and had to for out nearly £6!

Good car park and near to where we were heading.
However. Not so good having to reverse when no spaces at the far end, owing to no turning point.

Free parking after 18:00 not too far from the centre (15-20 mins), otherwise no option to pay per hour - see photo.
