This should be a very convenient car park both for the retail park and also Prestatyn town centre which is about a two minute walk away. Unfortunately though the owners of the retail park have allowed Parking Eye to mismanage the car park so I personally won't be parking here. Whenever I visit Prestatyn I tend to travel by train or bus which means that I can't really buy much from the retail park as I wouldn't be able to carry it but at least I'm not a risk of receiving an unexpected "surprise" from Parking Eye.

Thank goodness for council strret cleaners on the Parc Prestatyn Carpark.. ** just need the bottom of the high street pavements by the fast food shops bookies and first class shop .. maybe use bigger and wider rubbish bins . 🤔 could be an option..

Good selection of shops and outlet but could do with more. Adequate parking space with up to 3 hours stay. Good links to public transport (Bus and train station within 5 minutes walk).

My mother is 98 years old with a blue badge so that abled people can take her shopping. Visited at Christmas, was parked in disabled bay for 3. 55mins. Have now got a parking fine for £84 for the car rental people - we hired a car. Thought disabled people were given a an hour extra as other car parks in Presentation do.Is this discrimination against the disabled which I thought got a little more support. Anyone out there help. Last time im going to the parc.

Parked here in a disability van , went food shopping & looked around shops, went to Costa wth the lady I look after & got a parking ticket as we were there over the time, she spend over £170 on the park that day, & got a fine, Iwhy ave cafe on there if u cant use them after shopping

Received a parking fine for £85!!! How this is possible that such a lovely shopping place have only 3hr free parking. Ridiculous. Won't come back

Been on holiday to Presthaven holiday Beach resort whent every day to Parc Prestatyn to the shops Great place to go to to get a Costa coffee will be going back 😀😋👌👍😉😊
