Absolutely appalling customer service!! Very rude staff and CCTV what a joke. Parked my car there as I thought it was a safe place to park because of CCTV shock horror some one bumped my car and oh yes they say CCTV camera have no evidence because it was facing the wrong way!! FFS why have CCTV if it's not covering all angles??? What if someone was killed 😈😈😈😈
Oh by the way I have an eye witness to say he saw my car being hit so who ever you are I have your car registration and the police have been informed. Knock on your door soon I think mate !!!!!!

The best car park in the centre of Newport, the prices are great and there's a vast choice of spaces, this also leads into the kingsway centre, if the kingsway centre is closed you're able to access from the sides which both lead to just outside the building

Its a carpark. Sadly the customer service here is worse than useless. 20 minutes of waiting for the assistance button to be answered to ask for a receipt that the machine didn't produce gave an answer of come down to the office at the barrier and collect one. The attendant took the ticket out of the barrier after putting it in there and gave it back. Nothing like a receipt - its a ticket with an entry time on it, nothing more. Then basically shugged his shoulders and said can't help you go away. Only noticed afterwards hes not even given me the right ticket back either.

Pointless having staff if thats the way they are acting with a simple request.
