DO NOT PARK HERE! On the surface, it is convenient for going to many places and is £2 all day - excellent value. But, someone tried to fine us, even though we showed a valid ticket! Also, it is very run down, was very busy and has no lift.

Good multi storey car park. Just be careful and slow going down the ramps as myself and a few cars were scraping the front of the cars. When you slow to basically a stop you won't scrap.

It's positive points are it's on the main route and very near the centre of Swansea. The minus points, you drive up ramps to get to each floor, so if you drive anything bigger than a shopping trolley, you have to drive with caution, so you don't add to the multi coloured pillars. It can get very full at certain time, so it can be like looking for the holy grail, when searching for a parking place. There are no lifts and parking for the disabled only on the ground floor, so if you have a wheel chair, or pushchairs, it carry them up the stairs, or use the ramps with caution!!

Large piece of metal hanging down from the beam holding cables on the fifth floor ramp, obviously been duct taped, with zero effort to fix the hazard. It scratched huge chunks out of the rear roof of my van (which is the correct height to be in there, as it got in and up the ramps multiple times with no issues prior). Raised complaint two weeks ago direct with council and no response. Absolutely disgraceful.

Stuck. This is the worst designed car park I've ever seen. Those leaving and those trying to park queuing all together. The exit route presumably blocked by busy road traffic. Needs traffic management when there's an event in the city!

A nightmare..busy as hell....Cars cannot get out because of busy roads...causing a backup trying to get in... Use Park and ride... Swansea is so busy and the roads cannot handle it.

Plenty of space in this city centre car park. I pay using mipermit which is great. There is an offer on parking for £2 from 0930 to 0700 the next day which is excellent, hope it continues. Kept clean with someone litter picking. No complaints from me
