Beautiful environment by the lake and as you look over the lake. Its surreal to see the now disused nuclear power station still standing. Slowly this power station will be decommissioned to the point of it will be hard to see. It's worth pointing out this was the only inland nuclear power station in the UK so it's worth a visit just for that status.

Traws is definitely a place to see. 3rd biggest lake in Wales I believe and boy is it big. Fished here a few months ago also. Boat hire was fairly cheap and out all day

Fantastic walk around the lake then over the bridge, brilliant.

Unfortunately the footbridge across the lake is closed at the moment and the sign says this will be for a significant period of time. Disappointing...

Gorgeous scenery and completely peaceful. Definitely check it out.

An absolutely beautiful place to cycle. 1 steep section for a few hundred yards where only the very best could consider not getting off and pushing but amazing landscape and a great circular ride for a couple of hours. Suggest go anti clockwise round the lake.

Good sized car park, a nice 8.5 mile walk around the lake.
