A brilliant place to get all your party accessories including disposable catering items, gift favours, balloons, hamper baskets, wrapping paper and ribbons. This shop mainly caters for asian events such as weddings, henna parties and other religious parties.

The customer service is non existent. The guy just carried on speaking on the phone in his own language and putting the items through the scanner. I paid for the items and said thank you but got no response. The father and son are alike need customer service training.

Horrible customer service from the elderly man running the store. He regularly tries and has taken more money than owed and doesn’t return the right amount of change with many customers, then denies the claims and refuses to give the correct amount back.

Today went for shopping, it was horrible how shopkeeper was looking for money even 1 or 2£ with customers and insulting them by saying there is not bargaining 3 to 4 times even not I was asking for any amount. 1 Muslim lady was with full of stuff in bucket , she asked can i get polyethene, shopkeeper on counter said no to her and asked for 2£ for other bag.
Ohh god its weired to see how he was doing for taking money from customer . really bad bad experience.

Last week i have bought things for my house for over 500 pounds in 2 days & roti maker wooden board is demaged which cost hardly 5 pound.staff treat us like they dont want to see us anymore in the store. it is quite upseting when they say u have already used so we cant return. How it posible if board is broken or unbalanced from middle to use to make a chapati.when ask for manager they said he is on holidays. not happy with ur services att all.

Good Store, Can find everything here but unfortunately the quality of the product does not meet the price.
prices should be reduced for lower quality product so its not disappointing when the product fails

I have always been treated well in this shop and they stock a good variety of goods. However, todayI am returning a key fob which operates a barrier at work as it does not work. I had returned back to the shop once already but was informed the person who does this is not there and to return on Sunday. I paid £25. So let’s see what happens. I will update this post with the outcome if possible.

I had to return a second time after the person tried again to ensure the key fob works (but it still did not).

I was given a refund straight away and treated courteously.
