I was highly impressed with Party Hub, I did a gender reveal over Easter and went in the shop to explain I had the gender written on a piece of paper and I didn't know. I then told Sherry the lady working that day I would choose 3 Pink and 3 Blue balloons and once I've left the shop look at the paper and only keep the colour needed. I also bought a Pink and Blue Teddy from another shop for her to put with the balloons. I said I would be back on Good Friday to collect the balloons. I also said she had to cover them completely in black bags so I cant see them. I went in on Friday and they were all ready. I also asked if she could put them in the large bag and seal it all up so it was all ready to go when I open it with my family. Excellent work and I am so happy my reveal went according to plan. I am delighted to say it's a boy 💙🐣

Good selection of balloons 🎈 etc and children’s costumes. Not many adult costumes and parking is also a pain to get to the store

Terrible place, shocking experience followed round the shop by the lady behind the till like i was a shoplifter brought £36 of goods needed to return some of the unused packaged items next day with receipt no exchange or refund offered really rude and unhelpful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

The owner of the shop was very rude.. he didnot even let me touch the stuff, the owner spoke with me very rudely infront of my 7 years old daughter.. I wouldn't recommend this place for shopping.. specially when you are with ur kids... plz AVOID THIS SHOP!!!

Extremely poor service from rude lady who refused to give me a refund for faulty Christmas lights I purchased at the party hub despite me having a receipt. Flatly refused to give a refund and wouldn't even let me exchange for the same set. Scam shop that should be shut down.

Shocking, Woman behind the till had no idea what she was doing, spent half the time on the phone then got overcharged for some beads and gloves and got no receipt. Also apparently some items on display aren't actually for sale. USELESS. avoid
