Great variety of costumes and great affordable prices but just disappointing they dont do exchanges. I bought an outfit in a rush and the changing rooms were full at the time and when I got home to try it on, I couldn't fit it and now it's just sitting brand new in my cupboard wasted... I understand no refunds but at least do exchanges.

The worse experience in my life, I will not be using this company again! I had a gender reveal on the Saturday, I come in on the Friday with my own balloon, I appreciate that they went out of their way out blow up my own balloon but in the mean time after the manager knew there was a hole in the balloon before blowing it up, told me after and just put some tape on it and said if anything goes wrong I don't think it will quoted, then come back tomorrow, If this was explained correctly before blowing up the balloon I would of brought a new one there and then, So I got home and the balloon had deflated what I thought would happen, I had to then get up early on the Saturday spend more money on parking in Croydon, brought a another balloon the other girls there were very helpful but the manager was very aggressive and made me pay again to have the balloon inflated, her attitude towards the situation was discussing all she wanted to do is argue with me, I am never using their service again! sticking to card factory!

I worked In there shop and was there for 6 hours before being told I wasnt good enough, I can assure you it was the worst 6 hours I've experienced, the staff and management are disrespectful and bullies towards new members of staff, they let me go and didn't pay me the proper wage I worked for, not only that they mock there customers; none of them work and just sit there laughing and chatting.
If your looking to get a job there I wouldn't reccomend it. There produce is also of terrible standed, I spent a large amount of time trying to fix there items. Not to mention a massive lack of respect towards people of different nationalities to them.

Excellent manager of store who provided excellent customer service when my wife returned a faulty balloon pump for a paid upgrade. She is a credit to the co. she works for.

VERY BAD SERVICE! We stood at the till for almost 3 minutes while the 3 members of staff were chatting and laughing in the corner and continued to do so even when the looked at us multiple times.

Good.got what I wanted..and of course many things I didn't need.

Plenty of party things in here, sometimes you may have to order things in but notlrmally pretty good.

Closed, can see through the doors and looks to be permanently closed. All their goods other than the posters are not there
