Good quality products, variety of options available for balloons.
Services available for personalized balloon.

Called in specifically to enquire whether a smaller size foil balloon was available and was told for sure they stocked it. Travelled 45 minutes only to be told 'I was at the money transfer desk which is why I informed you we have it in stock'. They didn't stock it. Bare in mind I confirmed with them at least twice on the phone whether or not they had this size available - why confirm if you don't know?! Do not recommend.

dreadful experience of buying a damaged balloon...and then after charging my husband £2 for a replacement insisting it was damaged by us... the person who was in store 5 minutes prior was too busy and unable to issue a refund or ask the people in store to do it. rather I need to wait for a phone call to deal with it. pathetic. got a call the next day. Still twfusdd to admit their balloon was damaged at first instance. hope the £2 was worth this review!

This is an amazing shop and it has everything that I would need to have at a party. Very convenient as it is the closest party shop to where I live. There is no need to go to any place further when this shop has everything you could need for someone's birthday. Very happy with customer service :)

Disaster experience, charged £15 for a balloon which popped by the time we got to the car, charging me £12 for a replacement.
