Complete Party Services

I placed a very last minute large order for an impromptu event and the lady dealing with me, Zainab was extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. She understood the colour scheme perfectly and took my complete order and payment over the phone. She even threw in a few things complimentary and added extra special touches like chiffon and extra balloons. Loved the result! Great customer service! Highly recommend and will be using them again.

My cousin had a newborn this evening and I was desperately in need of picking up a card and balloons to congratulate her. It was almost closing time for these guys and after speaking to them on the phone and telling them how special the occasion was, they kept their shop open for me. The lovely gentleman told me not to panic as the shutter were down and asked me to come around the side door. I managed to pick up some lovely gifts and could not have thanked the guy enough for his kind hospitality, so the least I could do was write this place a 5* review. Went above and beyond for their customer.

Daniel and Aadil at complete party services are great people always polite, well spoken and very helpful. They have been able to help me with all my party needs in the past and present and I can never fault them. The balloons are of high quality and last for ages. The shop has everything you could think of to make any occasion special, I had a christening for my twin daughters where they drove 14 miles to Deliver and accommodate my needs by making the venue look amazing with banners and balloons that little extra touch from people who know what they are doing goes a very long way. Thank you for making every occasion that little extra special with the extra touch of balloons you do for me ....Thank you again and I’ll see you very soon

Right so I was desperate to try and find someone deliver to my sister who just had a baby and was coming home today !! After being recommended by my cousin I called up around 4pm and he put my mind at ease and was able to do what i asked and also deliver today!! I had a vision in mind and he also helped with some amazing suggestions too! Quick and fantastic service!!

Right this is the only place I found everything for my son's mehndi.
From bright coloured glasses to amazing any party decorations.
On top there are 2 wonderful and very very helpful assistants, who will assist you from simple things to complicated items. Just tell these girls your inspiration and the rest they take care of.

Not a large shop, rude worker she was being rude and lost her temper with customer infront of me which put us off, then turned to me and said what you looking for and i had only been in there 3 mins max. She asked what I was looking for and I hadn’t decided how many things I wanted so told her just deciding what else to get and she told me well you need to be quick as due to covit we let people browse less?!

I put my items down and said if I’m going to spend £20 of my hard earned money I rather take the time

You rather put a notice outside your shop! No browsing more than 5 mins

I purchased my balloon and baby gifts from card shop slough later that day

Would never come here again. Came specially first and last time. It’s not as big as they claim and rubbish I prefer card factory better and no way near are they the biggest party shop in slough maybe the poor customer service one !

When purchasing balloons they should inform the customer of the process.
You pay then you go down to customer service and wait for your order to be processed it is not a simple pay and go.
I was in a hurry had I of known i would not of bought them or as I know now, to pre order.
The staff were very nice and did their best to get order complete as quick as they were able to.

It totally set the day back ..

I am definitely giving this shop 5 stars as they so deserve it. I had a lady coming to do my daughters 18th birthday partys decorations and she let me down on the day ,5 hours before the party was supposed to start! We phoned the complete party services and asked if it was possible for them to do something for us. We got there and spoke to a lady called Maggie who was wonderful and super helpful and we managed to get everything I needed. They straight away started to work on it and had it delivered to the hall by 6 and set it all up for me! I can't Thank them enough! I really feel they went above and beyond. Infact all the staff there were super friendly and willing to help. I cant thank them enough. Fantastic service.
