Love this shop I like what they sell it really does help having a local shop you can go in and see what your buying, I love getting creative on special occasions, the fancy dress is good quality, my daughter is a huge fan of creating different characters, so having different wigs and lens you can get when insperation strikes is an excellent thing. Staff always welcoming and very helpful.🤗💗

So helpful in this shop, always my go-to for any party supplies. They also have a small fancy dress section too which is helpful for kidd dress up days at school

Aladdin's cave of party items from balloons and decorations to dressing up outfits and cake decoration. Reasonably priced with helpful staff. Free parking right outside.

Purchased a Elsa ballon on Saturday the 5th for my granddaughters birthday £8.99 within 24hrs was flat we kept it a room temperature as told by shop assistant, went back to the shop on Monday the 6th manger was of , spoke to another shop assistant and basically she was very unhelpful and told us to come back in a few days which I didn’t find very useful so one sad little granddaughter on her birthday I don’t expect to pay £8.99 and within hours of going flat

My husband took 1 helium balloon to fill up for my son's birthday. He was told no and the staff refused to fill any balloons that are not bought from them.
We were happy to pay whatever the cost (within reason) but they refused.
This was not a huge balloon just a simple SpongeBob balloon.
There is no legitimate reasons for this apart from to make more money out of people. They had the ability to help us but outright refused
We even offered to buy one of their balloons but fill up ours and they still said no. I am really that's poor service
We do not live in Tilgate so travelled for this service - would not recommend - poor customer service

I love this shop and they have some of the best, most helpful, friendly staff in any shop in Crawley. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and if they can go out of their way to help they will. We go to them for balloons mostly when we pay respect to people and animals we have lost as it’s one of our little ways to mark respect the best we can. Great shop, highly recommend. 😊
