We have used this company now to supplies decorations for the clinic/personal use on multiple occasions and they have been amazing. The team is happy to help and will order in items for you if they don't have them in stock. Without question we will continue to use them for both personal and corporate decorations. Ordered my little pony set through Amazon. Table covers missing. Messages sent via Amazon. Company contacted through Amazon. No response from you. Appalling service. My sister went into your shop. Helpful lady in there who said that the Amazon deliveries are nothing to do with her. She checked to see if any in stock however none. She kindly gave my sister some pink covers and said she will a range for the person's responsible for the Amazon deliveries to organise a refund for the my little pony covers
All this company had to do was say sorry for the missing items. However to say nothing is bewildering. I would not recommend this company

Strange shop. I am a wedding photographer and I thought this would be an ideal place to pick up some confetti before a wedding at the Guidhall opposite (I always take confetti as guests often forget and it makes for a good natural photo). I wandered around looking and could not see any. When I asked a gentleman referred me to a lady who hardly spoke and went looking. They only had one pack which they struggled to find. The shops seems to have strange opening hours and lacks the fun personal touch you might expect in a party shop! Just to be clear, this was my second disappointing visit to this shop. Last time I was looking for photobooth props and ninetieth birthday items and left equally disappointed with both the service and range of goods on offer.

Just dealt with this company via Amazon. Paid for the party tablecloths that never arrived and he has the cheek to speak to me about fraud!! I am well within my right to ask for a refund if the goods never arrived. Judging by some of the reviews on here, I am not the first person to have issues with this Party Shop nor will I be the last!!

Appalling. Ordered a Thomas the tank engine party pack for my little boy on the 4th of May they said it would be here by Thursday the 9th and still hasn't come. My boys birthday is tomorrow and I'm so angry iv emailed them several times and no response! Thanks for messing things up really wanted him to have these for his party... Rot in hell.

Purchased some cake toppers off ebay - did not recieve goods, my emails & calls have been ignored. Rubbish company!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Ordered through amazon. EMPTY (!!) sealed envelope arrived without goods. Have been unsuccessful obtaining refund. Not answering messages, emails or phone.
Disgusted with this company and disappointed that amazon allow ‘traders’ like this on their site.

Ordered the toy story deluxe party pack for 16 people and only half of the items have arrived. I have tried to contact the store on the number I found online, but states it is not valid. I have messaged them via Facebook and no response. The items that have arrived I could have bought separately and only amount to about £5 in which I paid £17.99. I know it may jot seem alot, but it is money they have been quick enough to take. Absolutely disgusting service. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. This was supposed to be for my boys 1st birthday aswell.
