We missed our time for picking up balloons for a child's party and the staff went out of their way to make sure we got them. Brilliant service highly recommend.

100% the best :) I messaged late on Good Friday and didn't think I would get a reply... got a reply straight away. Went into the shop the next day for some balloons to been filled with helium...Carl and the team where fabulous, so friendly and helpful and reasonably priced. Will definitely use again :) (PS balloons are still up a week later) Thank you 😊

I called having forgotten to order balloons or table cloths for my husband’s 40th on the morning of his party, Whitehouse Party Shop saved the day! Super helpful, excellent service and were able to provide exactly what we needed there and then, we will use again in future for sure. Thank you!

Definitely recommend. Lovely, friendly staff and beautiful products at good prices. I have been here a couple times now for party supplies and balloons and I'm set they fab and I will continue to use.
